Peace to the reader that reads and views our works and appreciates the clever way we do a wide variety of expression through art. So as you can see our work is not very distinct this is due to our own personal backgrounds of culture and cultures that is just mashing together. The Militant spirit is very strong in the mens custom pieces but the womens designs is getting so much more sophisticated and chic. this is just the tip of the iceberg. We also working on many other things stay tuned as in the next few weeks we will be taking you on a rollercoster ride of jewelry, and accessories, with some pics of events and just a small peak into the world through the eyes of Samsara.......

Feb 6 marks the birthday of legendary Bob Marley and with all the festivities surrounding this great musician's earth strong we decided to make some limited custom Militant influenced pieces. So we reconstructed licensed tees and cut and sewed each item with a little embellishment. These are built with the soldier of JAH Army in mind. We did a wide variety and also have a few with Selassie and other Militant key political figures with liked minds. Enjoy

So here is some more designs we worked on for this years collection. We are gonna have a sample sale on many of these items avaliable in a few weeks for the Pan African Film Festival in LA. New and update dashiki...

The artwork for some of the shirts are coming along and the many different artists that we are working on range from graphic designers to graphitti and fine art painters. Its very exciting to see the project coming together, but we recently found out that one of the artists who I wanted to work with has passed on. The late Jamal Pete I was always familiar with his work and it brought me great sadness to find out he has moved on to another dimension. With that said whatever energy you put out into the universe comes back and so I put ou the energy for an equally great artists and feel like that such artists and I will have that contact soon.
To catch you all up we are working on pieces for the Pan African Film Festival and Marley shows in Cali and Miami. The pics for some of the work will be displayed on blog real soon.

Art has won again, instead of picking up some regular graphic designer, we decided to seek out our fav artists and do colabs with them. These shirts are gonna be DOPE if any of you guys know or are artists and want to get down with the new movement let me know.

So we are back from a very creative and inspiring travelling experience. We have so much in store for you the sneak peak of the t-shirt line will be coming soon. A preview of the new African Street Couture collection is also coming in the next month. The new jewelry line is also gonna be available in a month. Lastly the website is being built so stay tuned...
Many of you are asking for updates on where we will be showing pieces, for the local folk of Atl we will be showing a few items in early December . Maybe a trunk show and sample sale I will let you know. If you are one of those many readers we have that do not subscribe then at least join the face book fan page. Speaking of the fb fan page we just uploaded pics and videos of Queen Ifrica and Jahdan wearing Samsara pieces onstage and also in interviews. The line has exceeded our expectation this year and we are so excited of what is around the corner.

Ok fam this is another sneak peak for your eyes only. This is the Accessory Line of bags. We will release these bags very soon they are made from a mix of fabrics Bazin with leather trim, and Mud Cloth (Bogolafini) and leather trim. The collection consists of 3 designs clutch, shoulder bag, and tote. They are fully lined with premium lining a zipper pocket for phone and closes with magnet.

California, you got to go there to really appreciate this state. I went to the west coast for a few weeks and stopped in Cali for the biggest reggae show in the country Reggae Rising . This event pulled in close to 30k reggae loving people from all over the country. The energy was amazing along with the positive music and beautiful ppl.

Displaying our merchandise was not only crucial but definitely breath taking as this was our first year the response was over whelming. Some of our previous items was also seen floating around from our lovely Samsara customers of past as well as many new comers.

I would have to say that One of our greatest highlights of the weekend was linking with non other than FYAHMUMA THE QUEEN IFRICA. Here is a pic of Queen and the piece we made for her. Its crazy how the world works, C made this piece to give Ifrica when she came to Atlanta Ga earlier in the year. We was unable to link with her at that time but this piece was destined for the queen and we eventually was able to link and share one of our creations. GIVE THANKS..


Along with linking with the queen we also was able to link with a few other artist here is a great artists been following him for about 2years now so it was our pleasure to link with him.

The show this year was in dedication to Moese Angel, The High Grade Allstars performed and mashed it up with the collaboration of so many talented individuals. I can say this was truly a nice show and trip.
